How do I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily manage your return through Returbo. Go to our returns portal, fill in your details and follow the steps to return the item. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be unused and in original condition. Returbo will send you a return shipping slip and instructions on how to proceed.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are handled via our return portal through Returbo. Follow the steps to initiate a switch. Please note that exchanges can only be made if the item is unused and in original condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return via Returbo. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
